The April Good Catch Winner goes to Justin DeGunion, Daniel Curry, and Tyler Smith. On April 25th the crew was conducting a site walkdown and observed several bolted connections that were installed using washers that are prone to failure. This is a Great Catch because it was thought these washers have not been used in at least (2) years, yet the crew’s attention to detail caught the installation and immediately replaced the connections with the proper washers.
