The September Good Catch Winner goes to Zach Andrews’s crew working in Oklahoma. On September 11th the crews received a clearance to begin work. After completing Koontz required safety and verification checks, it was discovered the feeders they received a clearance on, that were supposed to be de-energized were in fact energized and mislabeled.
