The August Good Catch Award goes to the El Dorado Mobile Crew, who worked tirelessly in 100+ degree heat to prevent a substation failure that could have affected more than 2,000 customers in South Arkansas without incident.
Thanks to their hard work, teamwork, and commitment to safe work practices, the issue was addressed, and electrical service remained uninterrupted.
We’re incredibly proud of these employees and grateful for their dedication, not only to getting the job done, but to doing it safely and protecting the communities we serve.
Great work, guys, and thank you for stepping up when it mattered most!
