Robert Finders’ Crew (Harrah, OK)
We are proud to present the March Good Catch Award to Robert Finders and his crew—Martin Muniz and Chris Dewitt—for their exceptional attention to safety while working in Harrah, Oklahoma. While preparing to install new 477 jumpers to the CCVTs, the crew identified a loose jumper positioned directly above their work area. By recognizing this issue early, they prevented a potential hot spot, equipment damage, or tripping of Bank 1. They promptly notified the customer, safely secured the jumper, and resumed their work without incident. Their actions demonstrate a strong commitment to hazard awareness and safety-first practices on the job site.
