Congratulations to the Devall’s Bluff Crew!
A questioning attitude led to the discovery of Entergy’s hold tag attached to the wrong set of disconnecting knife blades. This error would have caused voltage back feed on the conductor source side wire the crew was going to attach the ground. Entergy was notified and moved the tag to the right set of switches.
