Koontz worked as a subcontractor to Southern Contracting, LLC. The scope of work consisted of the procurement and installation of the pre-manufactured gatehouse that enclosed new generator, power panels, and control cabinets. Koontz procured and installed the instrumentation devices for water flow and level indication. Koontz also provided power from the gatehouse to gate equipment. Koontz procured, installed, and tested the underground fiber-optic network.
