SCOPE OF WORK:

Koontz Electric is proud to contribute to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on the construction of a new Central Standby Generator Plant. This facility will provide critical backup power to ensure that the hospital’s life-saving operations continue seamlessly.
Our team is responsible for installing and terminating medium-voltage (MV) cable that connects four 2,500 kW emergency generators to the hospital’s emergency power generation switchgear. From there, the MV circuits will distribute power to key systems across the campus, reinforcing St. Jude’s commitment to safety and reliability.
We are also collaborating with Dennis Electric, who is managing the installation of the duct bank and other essential support tasks that make this project possible.
